This eyeliner comes with a thin, elastic brush that is easy to use even for beginners. As you apply your contouring line, it dries immediately without smudging and blurring the eyelids. Our water-proof formula helps to keep those flirty lines sharp throughout the whole day. The product comes with a hermetically-sealed cap preventing it from drying out.
