Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via online chat on our website.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to customer inaction (including failure to pick up the parcel or incorrect shipping information), the customer is responsible for:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping fees charged by the carrier
These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the item
- Order number
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are:
- Not included in the product price or shipping cost
- The responsibility of the customer
By placing an order, the customer agrees to:
- Be aware of their country’s import regulations
- Pay any applicable customs fees
We are not responsible for customs delays.
If a package is refused or not claimed due to unpaid customs fees, it will be treated as an unclaimed return, and all shipping costs (including return shipping) will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
