BelorDesign INTELLECT Long-Lasting Gel Lip Pencil - 13 Shades

The Intellect gel lip liner offers the ultimate in wearability, stunning color payoff, and comfort. Every aspect has been expertly honed to perfection to make your look even more lasting and flawless.

This gel lip liner boasts a super-long-lasting formula and a soft consistency that ensures flawless wear under any conditions.

The lip liner won't transfer or smudge, maintaining its integrity all day long.

The gel texture feels like a cream when applied: it glides smoothly over lips with a medium hold, allowing for touch-ups before it sets completely.

The comfortable tip softly and gently leaves a velvety matte finish over the entire lip. It won't dry out the skin. It can be layered with your favorite products or applied as a lipstick. Suitable for daily use.

The ultra-pigmented formula delivers maximum color payoff and consistent saturation all day long. A palette of 13 basic shades, from natural nude to vibrant burgundy, complements any look.

The pencil's plastic case is sharpened with a high-pressure cosmetic sharpener. Close the pencil tightly to prevent drying.
