When used as a base for mascara, the base balm effectively cares for eyelashes, thickens and lengthens them for subsequent mascara application.

When applying a base balm to mascara, it separates glued cilia, gives them the necessary shape and increases the durability of the mascara.

When applied to the eyebrows, the balm fixes the shape of the eyebrows and gives them a well-groomed look throughout the day.

Contains willow bark extract, burdock root extract.
