Shape modeling and care for eyelashes and eyebrows!

When used as a base for mascara, the base balm effectively cares for eyelashes, thickens and lengthens them for subsequent application of mascara.

When applied to mascara, the base balm separates glued eyelashes, gives them the necessary shape and increases the durability of mascara.

When applied to eyebrows, the balm fixes the shape of the eyebrows and gives them a well-groomed look throughout the day.

Contains willow bark extract, burdock root extract.

Ingredients: Aqua, Propylene Glycol, PVP, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Salix Alba Bark Extract, Arctium Lappa Root Extract, Triethanolamine, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, CI 77891, CI 77861.
